The Andragogy and Management Education MBA program prepares students for a wide range of careers in management and educational work with human resources. In the course of their studies, students will develop their managerial skills and abilities with an emphasis on working with human resources, increase their qualifications and competences, and learn specific practices in the education and management of adults (colleagues, subordinates, etc.). Part of the study is the issue of knowledge management – the use of knowledge in decision-making and management processes with the support of information and communication technologies. Admission conditions:
Completion of a first or second degree or professional experience in the field.
The certificate of successful completion of the vocational training programme is a certificate of completion of courses in the language of instruction and in English.
