The primary goal of studying this program is to effectively understand the social psychological dimension of leading people and managing human resources, and to know and understand the importance and application of managerial psychology in organizations and managerial work. The secondary objective of this program is to acquire the basic skills necessary for forming effective teams, resolving conflicts and developing creativity necessary for learning organizations, deepening self-knowledge, and continues to focus on explaining the specifics of working relationships, group roles, personality typology, the importance of emotional intelligence as a manager, assertiveness, motivation, etc.

On-line, Practical teaching according to the teaching district.

Organization of study:

The study takes place only on Saturdays, or the possibility of changing the dates of implementation of the educational program by agreement in the group.

3.000 € (price is final, does not change during the course of the study)

Admission conditions:

Completion of a first or second degree or professional experience in the field.

The certificate of successful completion of the vocational training programme is a certificate of completion of courses in the language of instruction and in English.
