The LL. M. in Corporate Law is designed for students seeking advanced certification in corporate law. The study will provide you with knowledge of business regulation, corporate law curriculum and intensive legal studies, with additional focus on banking, transactional or investment law and corporate law. Foreign corporations create a rich field of opportunities for corporate law specialists here. Students work in larger companies as legal advisors, risk management specialists and corporate strategy analysts, and graduates have access to many other areas of law.

This professional training programme in the LL. M. Business Law specialisation is designed for company executives, managers of Czech and foreign companies, company directors, public administration employees and lawyers and attorneys who deal with corporate law.
Students of this LL. M. program will gain an overview of current issues and trends in all legal areas related to business and corporate activities. The program provides both theoretical knowledge in individual disciplines of law and emphasizes their practical application in the daily activities of a company or institution, both in the Czech and international environment.

Admission conditions:
Completion of a first or second degree or professional experience in the field.
The certificate of successful completion of the vocational training programme is a certificate of completion of courses in the language of instruction and in English.
